Chicago, IL – Charter Next Generation (CNG), a leading provider of sustainable material science solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Alteri as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer to advance the company’s growth strategy and reinforce its strategic focus.
In this newly created role, Lisa will spearhead efforts to enhance customer experiences, expand product offerings, and strategically target key priority end-markets to meet growing customer demand. She will oversee Strategy, Sustainability, Technical and Innovation, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, and Legal, creating synergies across CNG’s core areas to capture growth opportunities and drive success.

Since joining CNG in July 2023 as Chief Human Resources Officer, Lisa has been instrumental in developing and implementing a best-in-class people strategy, significantly impacting Human Resources, Communications, and Legal. Prior to CNG, she had a distinguished 20+ year career at Kraft Heinz, holding key leadership roles such as Chief People Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, where she leveraged her extensive experience in finance, sales, strategy, and human resources.
