Kathy Bolhous is Chief Executive Officer of Charter Next Generation. Under her leadership, the organization has become North America’s largest independent specialty film manufacturer. Her 35+ years of leadership experience, sincere dedication to her team, and sustainability efforts make Kathy a motivating force in plastics manufacturing.

Dan Niss is President of Charter Next Generation. After starting on a blown film manufacturing floor as a teenager, he rapidly progressed to become a leader in the industry. With 30 years in the business Dan developed an extensive understanding of Operations, R&D, Raw Materials and Sales. His exceptional ability to relate to and lead different types of people stems from his genuine appreciation for unique personalities.

Lisa Alteri is the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer for Charter Next Generation (CNG). In this role, she oversees the company’s human capital, communications, legal agenda, strategy, sustainability, technical, innovation, and customer development. Passionate about fueling the company’s strategic agenda to create value through a people-first, talent-led philosophy, Lisa focuses on developing future leaders, advancing CNG’s ownership culture, fostering best-in-class engagement, and driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She has served in this capacity since July 2023.

Prior to joining CNG, Lisa had a distinguished 25-year career at Kraft Foods and the Kraft Heinz Company, where she held leadership roles across finance, commercial, and human resources, and led the company’s strategy and transformation agenda. As the first Chief Transformation Officer and first Chief People Officer of the combined Kraft Heinz company, she helped deliver $1.3 billion in value creation over a five-year period, transforming business operations and creating customer centricity across all functions. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College and has completed advanced executive programs at Deloitte and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Greg Jorgensen is Chief Financial Officer at Charter Next Generation (“CNG”). He oversees all financial activities of CNG, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations and risk management, as well as the information technology department. He is focused on driving the ambitious growth goals of CNG by building on the strong financial framework and culture of the company.

Greg joined CNG in 2022 as Chief Accounting Officer and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional financial performance in the manufacturing and distribution industries, among others. Prior to joining CNG, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at The Azek Company from 2019 to 2022, where he helped lead a successful IPO of the company in June of 2020. Prior to joining Azek, Greg also served in other various leadership positions including Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., Vice President of Financial Reporting and Policy at Hertz Global Holdings Inc., and Assistant Corporate Controller at Ball Corporation. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and lives in Chicago, IL with his wife and four children.

Brandon Hall serves as the Executive Vice President, Operations, bringing 25+ years of leadership expertise to the role. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he leads the Operations function with a focus on achieving operational excellence within our ‘One CNG’ framework. Reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO, Brandon oversees daily operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvements throughout the organization. His responsibilities extend to managing the company’s health and safety, quality, engineering, and a manufacturing network of 16 sites across North America.
